Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-Op to join our team. This role will begin as a part-time co-op during the school year, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments.
This co-op offers hands-on experience across all areas of Human Resources, making it an excellent opportunity for students pursuing HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations
- Assist with talent acquisition, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Participate in onboarding and orientation processes
- Provide administrative support for benefits, compliance, and employee documentation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Collaborate with HR team members to support department goals and ongoing initiatives
