Spa Attendant

The Spa Attendant is essential in creating a seamless, Five-Star guest experience by ensuring our spa environment remains spotless, organized, and fully stocked. This role supports both guests and team members through detailed upkeep of treatment areas, changing rooms, restrooms, and common spaces, as well as handling laundry and assisting with light cleaning and setup duties. Key Responsibilities:  

• Assist laundry operations, rotating as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting environment
• Ensure the seamless availability of guest amenities, including restrooms, changing suites, and all guest waiting areas.
• Ensure well-stocked amenities throughout the facility to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and clean facility.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with guests and team members
• Undertake other duties as assigned by leadership
