    Position Overview

    Edgesource is seeking a System Integration / Scrum Master to support program coordination, system integration activities, project scheduling, requirements tracking, and technical documentation. This position will participate in technical and program meetings, coordinate activities across project stakeholders, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked through completion.

    The System Integration / Scrum Master will also develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and program reports.

    Job Duties

    • Participate in program, project, and technical meetings.

    • Coordinate and maintain project schedules and associated activities.

    • Track program requirements, milestones, action items, and deliverables.

    • Follow up on action items resulting from Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).

    • Coordinate activities across technical and program stakeholders.

    • Document technical discussions, decisions, and project actions.

    • Support the organization and communication of program requirements.

    • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

    • Create user manuals and supporting end-user documentation.

    • Develop training materials and program reports.

    • Support project status tracking and reporting.

    Required Qualifications

    • Active TS/SCI with polygraph

    • Experience supporting system integration, project coordination, or related program activities.

    • Experience coordinating project schedules and tracking requirements and action items.

    • Experience participating in technical and program-level meetings.

    • Experience developing technical or program documentation.

    • Ability to develop user manuals, training materials, and reports.

    • Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and program stakeholders.
