    As a Office Assistant at Edgewood Castle Hills, you will be the welcoming face of our community while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. From greeting visitors and coordinating appointments to conducting tours and supporting healthcare-related administrative tasks, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for residents, families, and team members.

    This position is cross-trained in multiple areas and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility to assist in other shifts as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming residents, families, visitors, and vendors
    • Manage reception duties, including answering phones and directing inquiries
    • Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules for residents and community needs
    • Provide community tours for prospective residents and families
    • Assist with healthcare-related administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
    • Support multiple departments through cross-training and collaboration
    • Follow HIPAA guidelines and all other Edgewood policies and procedures
    • Provide coverage and support for additional shifts as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Prior office, reception, or healthcare administrative experience is strongly preferred
    • Knowledge of healthcare settings or medical terminology is a plus
    • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to learn new skills and become cross-trained in multiple areas
    • Passion for serving older adults and supporting a positive resident experience
