Commercial Laundry Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking  Full Time Commercial Laundry Maintenance Technician to work out of our Piscataway, NJ location.

Will do light travel between sites in central New Jersey

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial washers and dryers (gas & electric)
• Diagnose and fix electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults — control boards, motors, bearings, valves, and more
• Service card-operated payment systems (Laundroworks & ESD) and bill changers at our vended locations
• Coordinate with wash & fold attendants on machine availability and repair timelines
• Inspect plumbing, water pressure, and drainage; coordinate with contractors when needed
• Track parts inventory and log all maintenance activity

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years repairing commercial laundry equipment (any major brand)
• Comfortable with 120V–240V single and three-phase electrical systems
• Experience with gas dryer burner assemblies and gas valve systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
• Valid driver's license — you'll travel between sites
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in hot, humid environments

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Laundroworks or ESD card payment systems
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC/R background
• Bilingual English/Spanish
