IXL Learning, a global edtech leader with personalized learning products used by millions of students worldwide, is seeking an upbeat, focused, high-energy individual to join our Inside Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and tenacious. You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing customer base. In this role, you will use your communication skills to effectively explain solutions to prospective customers (who are teachers, students, parents, and school administrators).
This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our IXL headquarters office in San Mateo, CA. We encourage new college graduates to apply including the class of 2026.
The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $25 to $26 per hour + commission eligibility + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay ranges for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
