Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage decision-makers through outbound phone and email outreach
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, timeline, and fit and hand-off to salesperson
• Set meetings and appointments for field sales representatives and generate work orders
• Clearly communicate Smart Care’s value proposition and overcome basic objections
• Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and notes in CRM and sales tools
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns and initiatives
• Provide feedback to improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed SQL and activity goals

Qualifications

• Professional, results‑driven, and motivated to build a sales career
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating via email with sales aptitude
• Strong listening, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or cold calling
• B2B services sales experience a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools, and/or Microsoft Office
• Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification concepts
