    The Role

We are looking for talented, creative Architects to contribute to the design and delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors, scales and locations.

You will take ownership of defined roles, areas or packages, contributing from early design through technical delivery and construction. Your level of responsibility will grow with your experience, confidence and project needs.

For recently qualified Architects, previous experience at Architect level is not required. You will receive support and mentoring from experienced Architects and senior team members, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility and deputise for Senior Architects as you develop.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project & Design

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across all project stages.
    • Take ownership of defined design packages and deliver coordinated work to programme.
    • Develop creative design proposals, from concept and feasibility through to detailed design.
    • Balance design ambition with technical, construction, cost and programme requirements.
    • Prepare drawings, models, diagrams, reports and presentations for client approval.
    • Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.

    Clients & Coordination

    • Contribute to client, consultant and contractor meetings and communications.
    • Build effective working relationships with project stakeholders.
    • Support project brief development, change management and statutory submissions.
    • Review consultant and contractor information and contribute to design coordination.

    Project Delivery & Construction

    • Work to project programmes, quality standards and 10 Design procedures.
    • Maintain accurate project information and documentation.
    • Contribute to planning, technical submissions, tender information and construction-stage activities.
    • Review contractor information, attend site visits and support inspections and snagging where appropriate.
    • Identify and escalate risks, issues and potential scope changes.

    People & Development

    • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
    • Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
    • Participate in mentoring, training and continuing professional development.
    • Take ownership of your professional growth and development.

    Systems, Risk & Finance

    • Apply 10 Design CAD, BIM, information management and drawing standards.
    • Support project risk management, quality reviews and audit processes.
    • Follow health, safety, CDM and Building Safety requirements.
    • Maintain accurate timesheets and expense records.

    What We Value

Collaboration — Communicate openly, listen to others and contribute positively to the team.

Leadership — Take ownership, use sound judgement, manage priorities and deliver with increasing independence.
