About 10Design Collective 10Design is a global collective of expert practices operating across architecture, urbanism and design, brought together within the Egis Group. Each practice retains its own identity, culture and market presence, while benefiting from shared platforms, intelligence and collective scale. Individually, our practices deliver people-focused, creative and responsible design. Together, as 10N, we multiply that impact. By connecting expertise across regions and disciplines, we are better positioned to address the defining challenges of our time, including climate change, rapid urbanisation and the responsible use of resources. The 10Design model is founded on enablement rather than centralisation. Shared services and leadership roles exist to strengthen practices, support collaboration and unlock value across the Collective, while respecting local autonomy and brand equity.
