Graduate Engineer - Stakeholder Management (UAE National)

We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer - Stakeholder Management (Emirati) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to launch their engineering career while developing expertise in stakeholder engagement and project coordination. You will play a vital role in bridging communication between technical teams and key stakeholders, ensuring project success through effective relationship management and organizational excellence.

• Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates using clear and professional communication
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and address stakeholder concerns
• Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of stakeholder issues and conflicts
• Assist in contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
• Monitor project progress and timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of stakeholder interactions and project milestones
• Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members and external partners

**Required Qualifications:**

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory requirement)
• Recent engineering graduate or equivalent professional experience in an engineering environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
