Objetivo:
Asegurar el desempeño integral (alcance–costo–plazo–riesgo–calidad) de los proyectos de supervisión y/o validación asignados, operando la gobernanza del proyecto con el consorcio (en su caso) y el control interno, liderando el ciclo de reporting (Kit/Reporte mensual/CPR), y dirigir la ejecución del plan de cierre técnico, contractual y administrativo, garantizando evidencia verificable y trazabilidad de la información, dentro del marco de prioridades, lineamientos y autoridad delegada por el gerente del Área.
