Senior Structural Engineer based in Kingston, ON, Canada, responsible for leading structural engineering design, project execution, and technical delivery across medium to complex building and infrastructure projects. The role provides leadership to multidisciplinary project teams while overseeing design quality, project schedules, budgets, regulatory compliance, and client engagement throughout all project phases.
This position supports engineering services from proposal development and detailed design through permitting, tendering, construction review, and project closeout. Responsibilities include coordination with clients, contractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal design disciplines to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with applicable Canadian codes and standards.
The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of structural engineering experience, strong exposure to large-scale complex projects, professional engineering registration in Ontario, and demonstrated capability in technical leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and business development.
