    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate HR Business Partnering activities across assigned business functions by supporting HR processes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of employee-related actions in alignment with business requirements.

    • Support workforce planning activities in coordination with the specialized HR function by maintaining manpower trackers, preparing workforce reports, and consolidating workforce data to enable effective monitoring of staffing requirements.

    • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and employee data records by ensuring information is accurate, updated, and confidential to support effective workforce tracking, reporting, and HR operations.

    • Coordinate HRBP processes and employee experience initiatives by collaborating with specialized HR functions and business stakeholders, supporting employee requests, communication activities, feedback collection, and action plan tracking to ensure effective HR service delivery.

    • Coordinate performance management activities by supporting the administration of performance cycles, monitoring completion status, and maintaining relevant documentation to ensure effective process delivery.

    • Support talent management and employee development initiatives by coordinating programme activities, maintaining employee development records, and assisting HR Business Partners with required information and reports.

    • Coordinate HR initiatives and operational activities by liaising with specialized HR functions and business stakeholders, tracking deliverables and follow-up actions to ensure timely and effective execution.

    • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by maintaining documentation, tracking HR activities, and escalating identified gaps where required. 

    Qualifications

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant diploma, Business Administration, or related discipline. 
    • HR certifications such as CIPD are desirable. 

      Work Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, HR administration, or related HR support roles. 
    • Experience supporting HR processes, engagement, reporting, and workforce administration in a large organisation preferred

    Skills:

    • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, general HR practices, and basic UAE Labour Law requirements.

    • Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), employee data management, and HR reporting processes.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HR reporting tools, and basic HR analytics.

    • Ability to prepare reports, maintain trackers, and analyse basic HR data.

    • Strong coordination, organisation, and follow-up skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver tasks within defined timelines.
