Deputy HR Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee talent acquisition and C&B operations when necessary.
• Support performance management for Vietnam and other countries.
• Coordinate and improve HR processes, procedures, best practices, Oracle/HRIS, and HR dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Support the HR Senior Manager with HR reports and projects.

Your qualifications:

• University graduates in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook ...).
• Pay close attention to detail and have strong personal responsibility.
• Quick learner, high integrity, proactiveness, accountability.
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using or learning new management systems.
• At least 8 years of experience in HR.
• Proven 3 years of experience coaching and supervising HR team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR systems such as Cadena and Oracle HCM is a plus.
• Head-hunting recruitment skills are a plus.
