Job Summary
The Enclosure Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the completion of the projects in the Enclosure Department. This oversight includes ensuring employee safety and productivity while demonstrating strong leadership skills. May travel off-site to conduct services. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times. Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors, and labor laws.
Recruit, hire, mentor, and train employees and contractors. Develop and oversee quality standards. Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen quickly and amicably.
