What you’ll do:

As a SR IT Analyst - BRM, you'll be the primary contact between the IT and Supply Chain organizations, acting as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and gathering and understanding business requirements, as well as defining, planning and implementing solutions in partnership with local and global IT teams. In addition, this professional will oversee project scope, timelines, costs and quality, ensuring the successful delivery of agreed project outcomes.

In detail, you will:

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Supply Chain organization.
• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements with stakeholders and end users.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support SAP-enabled solutions.
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects in coordination with local and global IT teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, risks and quality to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive demand prioritization, portfolio discussions and business alignment across Supply Chain initiatives.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and analytics to enhance business processes and decision-making.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields within the Supply Chain domain.
• Previous experience working as BRM.
• Solid knowledge is Supply Chain operations and processes.
• Desirable knowledge in D2C operations.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Advanced English is a must.
• Spanish proficiency will be a plus.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
