About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director UK & Ireland, you'll take ownership of the Kitchen Studios channel strategy, driving sales performance, profitability, and market share growth across a portfolio of independent kitchen studios and key accounts.
Leading a team of four, including Field Sales Managers and Key Account specialists, and influencing a wider channel organisation of approximately 15 employees, you'll combine strategic thinking with commercial execution to deliver outstanding results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As a key member of the UK Sales leadership team, you'll also contribute to the wider commercial direction of the business and help shape the future growth of our AEG brand within the kitchen retail market.
