As a global leader in home appliances, we create innovative and sustainable solutions that improve everyday life for millions of people. We're now looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension, subject to business needs and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service, supply chain, and account management skills while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

    What you'll be doing

As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, from pre-sales enquiries through to order fulfilment and delivery.

You'll also take ownership of selected customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries run smoothly, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Maintaining accurate records within customer service systems

    • Acting as the primary point of contact for allocated customer accounts

    • Coordinating order planning and delivery activities to ensure high service levels

    • Managing warehouse bookings and collaborating closely with logistics and planning teams

    • Working with systems such as SAP and other operational platforms to support order management

    • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Contributing ideas and improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence

    What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and eager to grow their career within a global business.

    You'll bring:

    • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or a similar role

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    • The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and solve problems proactively

    • A professional and customer-focused approach to managing enquiries and issues

    • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

    • Good Microsoft Office skills, ideally at an intermediate level

    • SAP knowledge would be advantageous

    • An interest in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations

    • Fluency in English

    Who you are

Beyond your experience, we're interested in who you are as a person.

    • Accountable, reliable, and able to take ownership of your work

    • A collaborative team player who values trust and strong working relationships

    • Resilient and positive when handling challenges and changing priorities

    • Ambitious and driven to continuously improve

    • Focused on quality and committed to delivering excellent results
