About the Role
The Range & Product Manager, Food Preservation, is responsible for managing and optimizing the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, from product creation and launch through growth, optimization, and phase-out.
Acting as a key link between suppliers, Sourcing, R&D, Logistics, Product Line, and Commercial teams, this role ensures market needs, consumer insights, and business priorities are reflected in product and range decisions.
Combining strong commercial acumen, product expertise, and cross-functional leadership, the Range & Product Manager drives successful product launches, portfolio performance, lifecycle management, and profitable business growth.

You will be based in our administrative office located in Świdnica (manufacturing plant).
