This includes working cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Parts, and Supply Chain to ensure programs are effectively positioned, supported, and ready for successful execution in the market.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand after-sales offerings, including service programs, installation support, and consumable solutions
    • Analyze equipment sales, installed base, parts usage, service trends, and market data to support opportunity development and decision-making
    • Support the development and structuring of scalable after-sales programs aligned with business strategy and operational capabilities
    • Build business cases, financial models, and forecasts to quantify revenue potential and support program development
    • Partner with Sales to support positioning and integration of after-sales offerings into the equipment sales cycle
    • Collaborate with Parts, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure program feasibility and execution readiness
    • Engage with Field Service Managers, distributors, and service networks to validate program structure, pricing, and real-world applicability
    • Support pre-launch planning and large customer rollouts by aligning parts, service, and consumable strategies with upcoming opportunities
    • Monitor and analyze performance of after-sales programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion
    • Promote data-driven insights and contribute to continuous improvement of aftermarket strategies and processes
