COMMERCIAL TENDER COORDINATOR
In this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Analysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal;
- Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders;
- Preparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders;
- Management and preparation of the final tender documents;
- Management and resolution of potential tender management issues;
- Analysis, management of contracts;
- Analysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer;
- To plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes;
- To ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification;
- To ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency;
- To ensure documentation update on the tender database;
- To ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time;
- To plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate manner.
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Degree in legal or economic discipline
- Previous experience in tender management
- Experience in management of supplier procurement portals
- Knowledge of public procurement Italian regulation
- Experience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferred
- Good with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for analysis and presentation of data
- Fluent Italian is mandatory, good level of English
