As part of the EMEA commercial finance organization, you will play a senior commercial controlling  role providing strategic business partnering and driving performance across commercial areas. You will bridge financial control with commercial execution, ensuring robust reporting governance and leading our digital transformation journey toward full Power BI automation.

As a Business Sales Controller, you will act as a business partner to sales leadership, owning performance reviews, forecasting, and commercial governance. In detail, you will:

• Lead weekly and monthly business performance reviews and forecasting activities, including annual planning.
• Perform detailed P&L analysis, Price, Mix, Volumes, and profitability reviews across markets, channels, and product categories.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on International Key Account (IKA) and local rebate agreements/balances to ensure accurate accruals, contractual compliance, and timely settlement.
• Support pricing governance, margin improvement initiatives, B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel performance management.
• Coordinate and standardize reporting processes across Commercial Areas, ensuring consistency in definitions, methodologies, and governance.
• Work closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE), Systems & Data teams, and local finance organizations to improve reporting quality, automation, and efficiency.
• Drive data-driven decision making and full digital transformation by rolling out standard PowerBI solutions to replace manual Excel reports.
• Act as a trusted business partner to Sales and Commercial leadership teams, support in various profitable growth initiatives.

Who you are:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Several years of solid experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced knowledge of Power BI and experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong communication, PowerPoint presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization across geographies.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach with a clear process improvement and standardization mindset.
• Knowledge of pricing management, rebate structures, or D2C business models is considered a strong advantage.

You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm, Stadshagen, with occasional international travel required for cross-functional workshops and leadership alignment.
