As a Leasing Specialist with Elevate Living, you will play a crucial role in our property management team, ensuring the occupancy and financial success of our communities. Your primary responsibilities will include leasing available units, assisting with the application process, providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Elevate the Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and personalized leasing experiences during tours and all aspects of the leasing process to prospective residents.
• Elevate Connections: Actively engage with prospective residents to understand their housing needs.
• Elevate Your Skills: Continuously expand your knowledge of our properties, market trends, and leasing strategies to excel in your role while maintaining and organizing tenant files.
• Elevate the Community: Foster a sense of belonging and community among residents, creating a positive living environment for all while staying informed about the property and surrounding community.

Who You Are:

• Elevated Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and customer focused.
• Elevated Experience: Previous leasing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Elevated Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Elevated Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma required. 
• Prior experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
