Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Family Partner to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, connect with others, and engage in their communities.

    • Conduct intake assessments and collaborate with clinicians to support CRA-involved youth or those at risk.

    • Create and implement innovative interventions to support individuals and families
    • Lead assigned workshops or groups, including Evidence-Based Parenting Groups.

    • Lived experience with this population
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community. We foster belonging in the workplace by identifying and removing barriers that may prevent individuals of all backgrounds from reaching their full potential, advancing into leadership roles, and fully engaging at all levels of the organization.
