What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with Community Managers, Property Managers, HOAs, Commercial Property Managers, and Facilities Managers.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to develop winning proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business.
- Attend networking events, industry associations, golf tournaments, and client functions.
- Represent the Elite brand as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Development, Outside Sales, or B2B Sales experience.
- Commercial landscape, construction, facilities services, property management, or related industry experience preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
