As a Landscape Maintenance Laborer at Elite Maintenance and Tree Service (EMTS), you’ll play an important role in keeping our client properties clean, crisp, and cared for. This role supports customer satisfaction and long-term contract success by completing routine landscape maintenance tasks safely, efficiently, and to EMTS quality standards. You’ll follow a daily work plan, use equipment properly, and deliver consistent results that reflect professionalism and attention to detail.

Physical Demands and Requirements
- Frequently required to stand, walk, lift, reach, bend, and use repetitive hand motion
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials
- Specific vision abilities required; including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Outdoor work in all types of weather conditions and exposure to the elements; including heavy to moderate noise and extreme proximity to moving equipment
