This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about employee development, permanency outcomes, crisis support, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    What You'll Do

    • Support crisis intervention services for clients and caregivers, including consultation, therapeutic intervention, crisis safety planning, and coordination with the On-Call Unit.
    • Work closely with DCF, courts, providers, caregivers, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality services, responsiveness, and contract compliance.
    • Partner with Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement to monitor service quality, utilization, outcomes, documentation, and accreditation standards through a data-driven approach.
    • Review and approve required documents and reports as needed.
    • Provide or coordinate training related to case management services and ensure training requirements are met.
    • Create and monitor departmental budget needs to support financial success.
    • Partner with Data Services on Electronic Health Record processes and workflows.
    • Follow company policy, program practice guidelines, and participate in the supervisory on-call rotation.

    Why Join EmberHope?
