Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist 1 in Bethesda, MD. The Data Entry Specialist 1 major duties and responsibilities include generating tracking metrics and productivity reports for distribution. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate in CMMS
- Provide customer support to clients who schedule service work orders
- Support dispatching and administering work orders to facility personnel (mechanics, engineers, etc.)
- Maintain current work order tracker and pull data from CMMS to organize important information
- Update equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMS
- Monitor/update work orders and PM Program database
- Track/file projects
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in data base management/entry
- Proficient in data entry
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Team first mentality
- Must have a TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph
