With this approach, our small but fast-growing team is having a big impact taking on challenges in healthcare program integrity – safeguarding programs like Medicare and Medicaid by preventing fraud, waste, and abuse. We are growing our team with people who enjoy figuring out hard problems, want their work to matter, and set a high bar for themselves and their teammates.

About the Role: This role helps keep a complex, collaborative project organized and moving forward effectively by working across project management and business analysis functions. To advance our work, we need your help in:

• Project Operations: Coordinating timelines, tasks, meetings, project materials, delivery, etc.
• Communication: Serving as a reliable point of contact for teammates, managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Inquiry Management: Monitoring shared mailboxes and other intake channels, tracking requests from external stakeholders, and drafting or coordinating accurate and timely responses
• Internal Processes: Running and improving the processes that support the team’s work, including task tracking, status reporting, data/system access, etc.
• Documentation: Developing and maintaining clear project documentation
• Meeting/Event Support: Coordinating meetings, trainings, conferences, and other project events, including schedules, materials, logistics, and follow-up activities
• Data Access: Coordinating access to data and systems and tracking requirements and approvals
• Risk and Issue Tracking: Maintaining project risk and issue logs and tracking mitigation activities
• Resource Planning: Supporting project budgeting and financial reporting by maintaining trackers and coordinating with project leadership

Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is organized, thoughtful, and comfortable taking ownership of the details that keep a team moving. Candidates may bring experience from project coordination, project management, business analysis, consulting, program operations, or a related field.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
• Project Management/Coordination: Demonstrated ability to get things done in a fast-paced and team-based environment
• Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally across situations

This position is full-time onsite in San Francisco. Working side by side accelerates learning, mentorship, and the kind of collaboration that leads to producing our best work. Additionally, to be considered for this position, applicants must have the ability to work in the U.S. without a need for current or future visa sponsorship. Staff will be required to complete a successful background investigation, including the Questionnaire for Public Trust Position SF-85.
