Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Integrate RPA solutions with third-party systems and APIs.
Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for structured and unstructured documents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Manage bot lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 to 8 years of overall IT experience with strong RPA exposure.
4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Python is mandatory.
Experience in implementing IDP solutions is an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control systems is mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
