    Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

    On-site presence required Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Wednesday are remote, however, you must be willing to work on-site on these days pending business needs.

    Description

    • Serves as an internal consultant for compensation programs and related business needs
    • Designs, implements, and maintains compensation programs to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices
    • Responsible for executing high-level project-work and engaging in complex analytics pertaining to employee compensation
    • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Develops and maintains databases, dashboards, and custom reports/queries
    • Builds relationships with internal customers and client groups and liaises with Human Resources business partners (HR BP) to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service

    Compensation Program Design & Management

  1. Design, implement, and maintain equitable and competitive compensation programs
  2. Provide input and support for annual salary administration processes, including salary structure development and incentive plan design
  3. Review and recommend updates to compensation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  4. Analytics & Reporting

  5. Conduct complex compensation-related data analysis and modeling
  6. Build and maintain compensation databases, dashboards, and custom reports/queries
  7. Support compensation audits and develop process documentation
  8. Consultation & Internal Education

  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on compensation-related matters
  10. Educate managers, directors, and leaders on compensation programs and the organization's compensation philosophy
  11. Determine appropriate salary quotes for job changes and provide guidance to junior analysts
  12. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Service

  13. Partner with HR Business Partners and internal clients to assess compensation needs and deliver effective solutions
  14. Actively engage stakeholders to evaluate, rebuild, and refine compensation processes for improved outcomes
  15. Provide high-quality and consistent service in all compensation-related matters
  16. Training, Mentoring & Support

  17. Deliver compensation-related training and orientation sessions to business partners and supervisors
  18. Coach and mentor junior compensation analysts
  19. Contribute to training material development for compensation processes and tools
  20. Compliance & Governance

  21. Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and relevant external regulations
  22. Handle complex compensation issues independently and escalate only the most advanced matters to compensation leadership
  23. Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required

    Work Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Four (4) to six (6) years of progressive Human Resources experience required, preferably in healthcare
    • Three (3) years of compensation or finance related experience required
    • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills required
    • Prior to any offer extended, an excel proficiency test will be required
    • A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, health education or related field
    • Certification: CCP strongly suggested

Environmental exposures include but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks
