We’re hiring a Marketing + Creator Management Intern at Empathic.
You’ll work directly with the founder, a Thiel Fellow and third-time founder with a previous exit, and own and iterate on short form content.
Short form marketing content:
- Find new ideas, write scripts and pull clips
- Brief editors, review drafts and post content
- Track what works and make more of it
Our creator program:
- Recruit, interview and onboard creators
- Manage contracts, trials, briefs, group chats and analytics
- Give fast, direct feedback and run weekly creator calls
- Keep creators accountable and quickly replace people who aren’t working out
We’re looking for someone who is very online, highly organized, good with people and has strong creative taste. You should attend or have recently graduated from a highly selective university. Experience with TikTok, Reels, UGC or creator management is a major plus. Some evidence of viral sense is necessary.
Empathic is building an AI friend that connects with users through apps like iMessage and FaceTime.
The paid internship is 10-12 weeks, full time, fully in person in downtown San Francisco. Start date is flexible, ideally within the next month.
