Service Coordinator - Roofing

Empire Roofing Corporation is looking for an Experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Georgetown.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to coordinate service crews, schedules, materials, purchase orders, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service crews and coordinate multiple projects
• Communicate with customers, field crews, suppliers, and internal teams
• Create and track purchase orders and material requirements
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and service quality
• Maintain accurate work orders, records, and reports
• Resolve scheduling and service issues efficiently
• Support Service Managers and team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or project coordination
• Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, transportation, or a similar industry is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites when required
