Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team of Industrial Assemblers. This is a hands-on role where you will learn to assemble various parts and equipment used in material handling systems. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications
- Use hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., tape measures) accurately
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers)
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and punctuality
Required Knowledge
- General understanding of mechanical assembly processes
- Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing environment
- Basic math and measurement skills

- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Adapt to changing priorities and production needs
- Learn new tasks quickly and apply feedback effectively
Preferred Qualifications
