Operations Support Administrator

We're looking for an organised and dependable Operations Support Administrator to become an essential part of our growing team. This role focuses on providing administrative support across recruitment and operations, ensuring our records are accurate, systems are updated, and day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently. In This Role You'll Maintain accurate recruitment and operational records. Update CRM systems and spreadsheets. Support candidate onboarding administration. Contact applicants when required. Assist with recruitment documentation. Prepare reports and maintain trackers. Provide general administrative support to management. Help ensure operational processes run smoothly. We're Looking For Someone Who Has excellent attention to detail.

Can organise and prioritise their workload. Enjoys administrative work. Communicates professionally with candidates and colleagues. Works well independently. Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Essential Requirements 2–3 years' administration experience. Experience with CRM, ATS or scheduling software. Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills. Comfortable communicating via phone and WhatsApp. Own laptop/computer with reliable internet.
