We are a growing UK-based cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across multiple locations. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and confident Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire quality candidates who will contribute to our ongoing success. This is a fully remote role where you'll work closely with the HR Manager to manage the recruitment process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Contact applicants and conduct telephone screening interviews to assess suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
- Prepare offer documentation and assist with onboarding successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems and Excel trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
- Work towards recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
- Assist with other recruitment-related administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
