Rental Property Cleaner

We’re looking for experienced and trustworthy cleaners to work on residential rental properties in your local area.

You’ll be helping ensure properties are thoroughly cleaned and properly prepared between occupants. If you take pride in delivering quality work and are comfortable working independently, this could be a good fit.

What The Work Involves

• Carrying out detailed cleans of rental properties between occupants

• Performing deep cleans throughout kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces

• Cleaning cupboards, appliances and fitted units

• Wiping and sanitising doors, windows, frames and blinds

• Completing each assignment to ensure the property is ready for its next occupants

Assignment Details

• Part-time work with flexible assignments

• Local cleaning jobs offered as they become available

• Most bookings are 4–8 hours in duration

• Monday to Friday opportunities

• Regular weekend work available

• Full job instructions provided before you attend each property

This is a part-time position and does not guarantee a fixed number of hours each week.

Pay

• £15 per hour

• £18 per completed job if you use your own cleaning equipment and products

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered, except where street parking is only available on the street

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning

• Someone who can work confidently without direct supervision

• Excellent attention to detail

• Consistently high cleaning standards

• Own cleaning equipment and products

• Own reliable vehicle — public transport is not suitable for this work

• Good communication and professional conduct

• Reliable, honest and punctual
