We’re a UK-based cleaning company providing Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning. We’re hiring a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our bookings and client network.
The Role:
You’ll manage incoming leads, explain service options, and secure bookings while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert warm leads into bookings.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Manage CRM records and track performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets.

- Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
- Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Own reliable laptop/desktop.
