Talent Acquisition Administrator

Help us build an outstanding cleaning team. As our business continues to grow across the UK, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to help us find and hire exceptional cleaners. This role is centred around people. From making the first call to a candidate through to onboarding successful applicants, you'll play an important role in delivering a professional recruitment experience while ensuring our hiring process remains organised and efficient.

If you enjoy speaking with people, are highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Contact applicants and conduct telephone screenings. Assess candidate suitability against our recruitment criteria. Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications. Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process. Maintain accurate candidate records within our CRM and recruitment systems.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment or recruitment administration.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple vacancies.
• Positive attitude.
