Prevocational Supervisor

Location: Davenport, IA, 52806

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour

This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM while supporting adults with disabilities receiving Prevocational Services as they develop work readiness skills, build positive work habits, and prepare for community employment opportunities. In this role, you would help guide participants through daily work activities, provide coaching and support, track progress, and maintain documentation related to their goals and services. Candidate must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications include:

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred
• Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect
• Train and supervise individuals at various work stations, including community sites
• Plan and organize skill building activities
• Monitor inventories of materials and supplies
• Keep time sheets, production charts, and other related records and reports
