Resident Aide

• Consistent schedule
• Team setting allowing for time to build resident relationships
• CNA welcomed but not required

• Work with fewer residents than other facilities

Starting wage is $15.00/hr, up to $2 shift differential available
As a Resident Aide, you will learn hands on skills to help residents with everything from personal care to skill building. This role will offer you the opportunity to become part of individuals' lives and make personal connections. HS diploma or GED required.

Schedule: Full and part-time shifts available.
Full-time: 1st (6am-2:30pm) Tuesday - Saturday
2nd (2pm-10:30pm) Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
3rd (10pm-6:30am) Sunday - Thursday
Part-time: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available. Will be required to work full shifts every other weekend and some holidays.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect
• Perform direct care for assigned individuals
• Keeps individuals clean and appropriately dressed
• Feeds or assists individuals with eating
• Provides activities as assigned
