Role Overview:
The Engineering & Infrastructure Recruiter will be responsible for building high-impact talent pipelines and delivering qualified candidates across critical technical roles, including Engineering, IT, Automation & EPC. This role is measured on speed, quality, and consistency of pipeline generation, with a strong focus on proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and conversion.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by results. The Engineering & Infrastructure Recruiter will manage active requisitions, owning pipeline health, outreach strategy, and candidate engagement to consistently deliver against hiring goals.
