Screening Profiles, Explaining candidates job description, Career Canceling, selection, joining, taking care of documentation
Organizing Recruitment Wilkin drives and Activity for gathering candidates.4. Coordination with Functional Managers.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and people skills
Understanding of general human resources
Desire to work as a team with results driven
