This role partners with educators, School Leaders, and our Academic team to provide training, coaching, resources, and hands-on support for children who may face barriers to successful participation in the classroom.

This California-based hybrid role supports schools across the Western region. A typical week includes three days onsite at schools and two days working from your home office, with travel of up to 50%. Candidates based in Northern California or Orange County, California, are preferred.

    Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide engaging training and coaching for educators on inclusive classroom practices, Conscious Discipline, Positive Guidance, PBIS, and Endeavor's Academic Pillars.
    • Observe children and classroom environments, both in person and virtually, and provide practical strategies to educators and School Leaders.
    • Partner with School Leaders to support children with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs.
    • Develop resources for School Leaders and families related to Early Intervention, Child Find, screenings, and additional support services.
    • Serve as a subject matter resource on inclusive education and help schools implement consistent, developmentally appropriate practices.
    • Stay current on research, trends, tools, and best practices within early childhood and inclusive education.
    • Track assigned training initiatives and support assessment implementation and reporting as appropriate.
    • Champion Endeavor initiatives, including Start Strong, and collaborate across Academic, Operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
    • Support school visits, professional development planning, special projects, and inclusive education grant opportunities as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience in early childhood education, special education, inclusive education, child development, behavioral support, or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field required.
    • Experience training, coaching, or providing professional development to educators or school leaders.
    • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and strategies for supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
    • Familiarity with Early Intervention, Child Find, PBIS, Conscious Discipline, Positive Guidance, or similar programs and frameworks.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
    • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
    • Strong organization, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities across multiple schools.
    • A collaborative, growth-minded approach and a passion for helping children and educators thrive.
    • Ability and willingness to travel to schools within an assigned region as needed.

    Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods and to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch when working in classroom environments. The role may occasionally require lifting or moving up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
