Jr Software Engineer / Software Developer I - Evergreen

ENDICTUS is seeking a Software Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of software applications and Low-Code/No-Code solutions. In this role, you will design, code, test, and troubleshoot features under direct guidance while continuing to expand your technical capabilities across multiple technologies and development environments.

The ideal candidate is a versatile developer with experience in Python and C#/.NET who is comfortable working across traditional software development and Low-Code/No-Code platforms. Experience with OutSystems and UI/UX design is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code across multiple programming languages and platforms.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software features and application functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software bugs, application issues, and minor performance problems.
• Learn and work within existing system architectures, codebases, development standards, and deployment processes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, technical discussions, and team design meetings.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new frameworks, programming languages, platforms, and development tools.
• Assist with on-site technical support, application deployments, and troubleshooting as required.
• Develop, configure, maintain, and support Low-Code/No-Code application projects.
• Support application enhancements and improvements to usability, functionality, and user experience.
