CSA Supervisor

Enersense Engineering is looking for experienced CSA Supervisor to support a major data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland.

The role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of works in line with project requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site 
• Supervise daily site activities and take responsibility for CSA works execution 
• Lead site safety in coordination with HSE personnel, including implementation and monitoring of safety requirements 
• Oversee quality assurance processes for CSA works in coordination with the project team 
• Support planning and sequencing of works with Project Managers, Planners, subcontractors, and consultants 
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, monitor progress, manpower, and productivity against programme requirements 
• Conduct regular subcontractor coordination meetings 
• Maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements 
• Attend site, coordination, engineering, planning, and handover meetings as required 
• Review construction drawings and setting-out information for accuracy and buildability 
• Carry out inspections, snagging, and ensure close-out of punch lists 
• Support change management by identifying and documenting site-level impacts to cost and programme 
• Assist with project close-out, including QA files, safety documentation, and handover deliverables 

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction supervision or site-based role 
• Experience delivering large-scale CSA works (data centres or industrial projects preferred) 
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction activities 
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively 
• Understanding of site safety and quality management systems 
• Strong communication and organisational skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment 
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 
• English language skills
