Data Centre Project Manager

Enersense Engineering is looking for Senior level Data Centre Project Managers to join our growing team and support the delivery of our client's major data centre projects across several locations in Finland. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in some of Finland's most significant technical construction projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, ensuring successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, schedule, budget and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, international environment where your expertise will have a real impact.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data centre construction projects
• Take overall responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, commercial and support functions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies to meet project objectives and milestones
• Oversee planning, scheduling, progress tracking, forecasting, cost control and change management
• Drive project reporting, governance and performance reviews
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards throughout project execution

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (10–15+ years) in project management within construction, engineering or related industries
• Proven experience delivering data centre projects is essential
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, technically demanding projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project delivery models, commercial management and risk management
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced project environments
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
