If you have a proven track record in Full Truck Load (FTL), LTL, or Parcel brokerage, and a current book of business, this partnership is designed to help you scale your success.

What You’ll Do

• Operate as an independent contractor and freight agent under England Logistics
• Leverage our national carrier network to secure competitive rates and reliable service
• Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes: Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Specialized, Parcel
• Utilize England Logistics’ back-office support for credit checks, collections, claims, and legal services
• Access innovative tools including McLeod Software, DAT, Trucker Tools, and real-time load tracking.
• Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Business Development Coaches
• Participate in exclusive events like the annual Agent Conference to network and learn from industry leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
• Proven success managing a book of business
• Experience in Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and/or Parcel
• Strong negotiation skills and carrier relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and scale
• Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
