Senior Controlling Specialist at ENI-ONE.LTD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Controlling Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, business growth, and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while providing valuable financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations

• Conduct variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost control activities

• Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards

• Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and business partnering

• Improve controlling processes, reporting automation, and financial governance

• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other business units

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Mentor and support junior finance team members when applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
