This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Windows Systems Engineer to support and manage Enphase's enterprise infrastructure services across Corporate and Manufacturing Test Technology (MTT) environments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, compliance, and operational health of core infrastructure platforms, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, storage, backup, DNS, certificate management, and endpoint services. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure modernization initiatives while ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and support Windows Server environments, including security patching, post-patch validation, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance.
• Administer Active Directory and Domain Controllers, ensuring compliance with security, audit, and SOX requirements.
• Maintain Active Directory and Windows test environments, addressing vulnerabilities, patching, and system health requirements.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery operations using Rubrik, including recovery testing, restore support, and risk mitigation activities.
• Manage DNS infrastructure, including Infoblox and domain registrar administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate TLS certificate lifecycle management through DigiCert, including issuance, renewals, deployment, and compliance tracking.
• Support infrastructure modernization and virtualization initiatives involving VMware, Nutanix, storage platforms, and disaster recovery dependencies.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• Strong experience managing Windows Server environments in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policies, authentication services, and security controls.
• Experience administering backup and disaster recovery platforms, preferably Rubrik or similar enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of DNS, Infoblox, TLS certificates, PKI concepts, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience with endpoint management and patching tools such as Endpoint Central or equivalent solutions.
• Familiarity with VMware, Nutanix, NetApp storage technologies, and infrastructure migration projects.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
